We are incredibly excited to share with you that Foley Pools’ Weekly Cleaning and Service customers will now become a part of the Gold Medal Pools family.
Partnering with Gold Medal Pools allows for a best-in-class customer-focused Maintenance and Service Organization that gives us great confidence that you, our loyal customers, will be well taken care of.
Foley Pools and Sandler’s Gold Medal Pools, both trusted names in pool construction, have each built thousands of pools for great customers in the region, and that will not change. Foley Pools’ and Gold Medal Pools’ construction groups will continue to operate independently within the market.
Any new Foley construction warranty services will continue to be provided by Foley Pools and we look forward to welcoming your continued referrals to Foley Pools for all new pool construction needs. As our maintenance division grew, we felt this new partnership will allow us to concentrate more on quality construction with a more condensed schedule and laser focus!
What to Expect

- Same Great Technicians: Foley’s cleaning technicians will be joining the Gold Medal family and will continue to service your pool as always. Your technicians will receive continued training over the coming months to ensure constant improvement.
- Depth of Maintenance Support: Gold Medal has an additional team of 50+ highly trained cleaning technicians and 12 service/repair technicians available to ensure all your needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Above & Beyond Service: In addition, Gold Medal offers leak detection and an exceptional, always-available customer service team.
- Expect to see new Vans: If you need a service call or repair work, do not be surprised to see a Gold Medal Pools van in your driveway! Regular weekly service trucks will soon be bearing the Gold Medal name as well. Rest assured, it is your same, trusted pool service provider!
- No price increases! Undoubtedly, your first question is going to be whether your pricing will change. Your invoice amount for weekly service will not be changing.

- Same contacts for Maintenance & Service: Continue to call us at 972-423-7178 or email at Service@foleypools.com and we will continue to service your pool as we always have!
- If for any reason you have issues contacting us, please call Gold Medal at 972-712-GOLD (4653) or email at customerservice@goldmedalpools.com.
- Invoice Format Changes: Weekly cleaning invoices will continue to look exactly the same for the next billing cycle on Sept 1st, but service/repair work and associated billing will come from the Gold Medal system immediately.
- Additional communication anticipated regarding invoice system changes for October weekly cleaning invoicing.
