Pool construction timeframe will vary from project to project. A typical pool & spa can be constructed in under 75 days, weather permitting.

Yes. Most all cities require a construction permit with plans submitted. Most HOA subdivisions will also require approval.

Yes. We utilize the latest technology to help visualize your backyard dreams, including full three-dimensional drawings of your plans.

Yes. We offer outdoor living solutions for both new pool construction and existing pool remodels. We also offer outdoor living solutions even if you don’t have a pool.

Yes. Very early in the design process a team member will take measurements of your yard with photographs to assist in the 3D renderings.

Yes. We offer full service and repair for all existing and new Foley customers.

Obviously, this will vary from project to project. Our pools typically start around $75k. We would love to speak to you about your goals and will be very upfront regarding budgets and expectations.
